(ULTIMATE) TOP TIER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
April 18, 2023
These gooey, chocolatey cookies are so delicious and easy to make, and the raw cookie dough is heavenly (we do not suggest consuming raw flour or raw eggs but it slaps). They always turn out really well and look exactly like store-bought cookies and taste even better! This recipe produces about 16 cookies depending on how big you make them. Ingredients
3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 ¼ teaspoons baking soda
1 ¼ teaspoons baking powder
2 tsp sea salt
1 ¼ cups (2 ½ sticks) butter (room temp)
1 ½ cups dark brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ¼ cups milk chocolate chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl.
Step 3: Beat butter and both sugars in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium-high speed (or mix vigorously by hand) until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time and add vanilla.
Step 4: Mix the flour mixture with the butter/sugar mixture until just combined, and fold in both types of chocolate chips.
Step 5: Bake at 350 for 17-18 minutes or until lightly browned, let cool before consuming.
