Jake Shklovski
I am Jacob Shklovski and I am a sophomore here at wilcox. This year in journalism I am a section editor for the sports section. I have been part of the scribe team since the beginning of freshman year starting out as a staff writer. I chose journalism last year because I wanted to develop my writing skills and to get a greater knowledge of what is going on in the world. I think that journalism is important because it feeds out information to the public with an ability for the viewer to create their own opinion. Some things I am interested in are different sports like mountain biking and climbing. I also like to cook food and go to the gym with friends.
