Alexandra Rumford
My name is Alexandra Rumford. I’ve been in Journalism for four years and I’m currently the News Editor for the Scribe. I chose to write for the Scribe freshman year and fell in love with the journalistic process. Writing is one of my favorite hobbies and I love that I can write to draw awareness to events or occurrences that deserve attention. I also enjoy the freedom that journalism allows. I’ve been able to write about things that interest me, including Ye and rap music, and have it be published in a real, touchable final product. A fun fact about me is that I love to collect plants! I currently have eight that are alive. I also love thrifting and iced chai lattes!
